Thank you for visiting our site!​  We now offer in person weekend workshop classes at beautiful Power Yoga East a donation based space located at 522 Santa Monica Blvd (upstairs).  

In person classes can be booked through our Class Schedule tab, or pay by donation through Venmo @dharmayogala or cash.  Can't wait to see you! 

 S Enchill Wellness is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization which provides services to deserving communities. Our donation-based center has provided tools for healing and Self-realization since 2008. By clicking the "donate" button below and making a contribution, you will receive a tax donation receipt.  

 

How your donations help:

  • contributions funded Project Remember– sharing yoga and meditation with domestic violence victims, both women and children

  • contributions supported Recovery Yoga- for those impacted by addiction

  • Project Inspire - Yoga and Meditation for L.A.U.S.D. elementary, middle and high school students since 2008, including support for students and teachers during Covid distance learning and Palisades and Alta Dena wildfires.   We currently offer yoga instruction and dance education to middle schoolers.  

  • Uplift- sharing yogic techniques, meditation and pranayama with those impacted by extreme sentencing in the criminal justice system

  • Your contributions ensure Dharma Yoga LA provides services year round promoting wellness and peace by providing a high quality yoga instruction and other healing modalities.

Dharma Mittra Yoga LA opened its doors in August 2008 with the aim of bringing Dharma Yoga, named for renowned Yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, to an underserved community of mid-city Los Angeles.  The center evolved into a non-profit organization, S Enchill Wellness in 2013 expanding its outreach through its primary program, Dharma Yoga LA.  S Enchill Wellness is devoted to social justice, spreading peace and wellness by making Dharma Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and other healing arts accessible to all.
