Sonyaum and In person Classes

 Sonya Enchill aka Sonyaum/Sonya Om teaches Prana Nidra with Dharma Yoga Workshop Classes for all levels at Power Yoga East, 522 Santa Monica Blvd. (top floor) Santa Monica CA 90401. All Workshop Practices at Power Yoga East are from 1:30pm-3:30pm.  While it is possible to take the first half hour Prana Nidra alone, taking the full practice is encouraged.
